Our machines are true work horses, high performing and reliable. They need servicing only occasionally depending on their work rate. Our aim is that your machine just works so you can focus on other parts of the production process and we offer a range of bespoke after sale options to provide the best possible solution. We appreciate that no two businesses are the same. What’s right for one company might not be right for another so our tiered options place you firmly in control at with levels of support to suit your business requirements.

Professional

You purchase the machines and tape from us, then take care of the servicing and maintenance yourself.

Performance

You buy the machines and tape. We take care of the servicing. For added peace of mind, this 2-year option also covers you for spare parts – ensuring there are no extra costs to pay. After 2 years this plan becomes a rolling contract with servicing intervals determined by the number of seals each machine uses.

Premium

You purchase the machine and seals and receive all of the services included in our Performance plan, plus unlimited support for your seals, machines and operators. This includes providing online and onsite technical support, one-to-one staff training and specialist advice on how to get the best from your We Seal sealing solutions.

Every We Seal sealing machine is designed to enable your business to hit the ground running.
To help you get off to the perfect start we include a number of services as standard with each machine purchase. These include: an expert pre-installation survey, professional onsite installation and set-up, training, and a series of helpful reference manuals and videos.
We will even offer to remove and recycle your old machinery, so you don’t have to.

We Seal regularly ship sealing systems overseas and we take pride in providing our international clients with high levels of specialist support and personal service.

For example, when the Angelina Bakeshop in the Philippines switched from twin metal clip closure method to We Seal, we flew engineers over to install and train the bakery engineers and operatives. We also organised local training and servicing teams to keep the machines rolling and set up local distributor network to support the machines and company locally.

An essential part of the service

From time to time, your We Seal systems may require parts to be replaced or upgraded. As we manufacture and engineer our machines from scratch, we can provide a fast and responsive global spare parts service. In fact, many of the most common parts are held in stock in our UK warehouse and available for quick delivery or in stock with our local distributors.
With a team of field engineers, we can quickly install parts, ensuring downtime and disruption is kept to a minimum.
